14 Orewa College students took part in the Maurice Hulm Cup in Rotorua over Tournament Week. Head girl, Aoife King, shared her knowledge and experience by coaching the girls.

The team came 12th overall with 1 loss, 3 draws and a win during pool play, and a win and 2 losses in the penalty shoot outs.

A very touching moment when the Year 13 girls were acknowledged, at the beginning of the last game, for their dedication to Football whilst at Orewa College. We would also like to thank Meisha Knegt and Alyx McKee, Year 13, who couldn’t make the Tournament but have contributed to the team over the season. An lovely group of girls that Orewa College can be very proud of.
