As part of the school’s ongoing commitment to hands-on learning, this visit introduced students to world-class culinary skills and career pathways in hospitality.

What the students experienced:

  • Insight into world-class training: Sebastian spoke about the Bachelor and Diploma programmes at Le Cordon Bleu, outlining the benefits of studying at a globally recognised institution.

  • A live macaron demonstration: He expertly crafted a Raspberry Cheesecake macaron, explaining each step, from mixing to piping and baking.

Sebastian’s skill and passion for patisserie left a lasting impression. "His explanation was so clear that I feel confident trying it myself!" said one student.
