Trip Costs

Requirements for participation in trips and activities

Participation in school trips and activities is a privilege and requires:

  • Satisfactory attendance
  • Completed coursework
  • Good behaviour

Key Information:

  • All activities (e.g., trips, camps, sports, school ball, advanced music tuition) must be fully paid for in advance
  • Payment is required before students can attend


School Donation

Annual school donation information

The school donation for 2026 is $410.00 per student per year and is tax-deductible. Your contribution helps us provide additional opportunities, including:

  • Performing arts/music
  • Sports programmes
  • Cultural groups
  • IT facilities
  • Student leadership initiatives
  • Library resources

You can specify which area your donation supports. These activities and facilities are only possible with your help.

  • Log in, click "Fee Payment" then "Kindo Portal" to complete payments
  • Log into Kindo (using your email that we have on file)
  • Payments appear instantly in our system

In Person

  • Visit the Accounts Office (Gate 2, Student Reception)
  • Open during term time, 8:15am–3:45pm
