Orewa College is proud to welcome more new staff this term across teaching and support staff roles. The new staff strengthen our kura with their skills, passion and commitment to ākonga success.

Who’s Joining the Team?

We’re excited to introduce four new staff members joining us in Term 2:

• Quein MacLeod – Commerce Teacher (starting 3 June)

• Rupert Herring – Design Technology (starting 12 May)

• Sanri Draht – Nursing Support (started Term 2)

• Andrew Nix – Science (started 31 March)

These new colleagues bring valuable subject knowledge, care and fresh ideas to their departments.

Strengthening Our Support Team

In addition to teaching staff, we're delighted to acknowledge new members of our support team, who help keep our kura running smoothly every day.
