- Course costs depend on students’ year level and subject choices.
- Caregivers will receive a 'Course Confirmation' email in December with:
- Course details.
- Stationery requirements.
- Payment information.
- Course costs (excluding trips) may be paid through regular automatic payments.

Trip Costs
Participation in school trips and activities is a privilege and requires:
- Satisfactory attendance.
- Completed coursework.
- Good behaviour.
Key Information:
- All activities (e.g., trips, camps, sports, school ball, itinerant music lessons) must be fully paid for in advance.
- Payment is required before students can attend.
School Donation
The school donation is $385.00 per student per year and is tax-deductible. Your contribution helps us provide additional opportunities, including:
- Performing arts/music.
- Sports programmes.
- Cultural groups.
- IT facilities.
- Student leadership initiatives.
- Library resources.
You can specify which area your donation supports. These activities and facilities are only possible with your help.
How to Make Payments
We offer several convenient payment methods:
Web Portal
- Log in, click "Details," and select "Financial" to complete payments.
- Payments appear instantly in our system.

In Person
- Visit the Accounts Office (Gate 2, Student Reception).
- Open during term time, 8:15 am–3:45 pm.
Online Banking
- Pay to: 12 3109 0012666 00.
- Use your child’s ID number and the item being paid for as references.

- Call 09 427 3833 ext. 220 with Visa or Mastercard.
