Last week the Year 9 and 10 students who are learning Japanese, had the opportunity to Zoom call with students at Hosei High School, Japan. The Hosei students were zooming in from their homes and Ms Stewart asked each Orewa College student to greet the Hosei students in Japanese. Mio Shibayama, Year 11, a Hosei student, who has been at Orewa College all year, got the chance to speak to her old school.
