Over the last two weeks, we welcomed two visiting Japanese schools - Tsunan High School and students from schools in the city of Shikokuchuo. The students were teamed up with students in Year 8 classes and they visited their classes. They also joined in with year 9 Japanese, Maori and PE classes. They were hosted by local families. The opportunity these visits provide for our students to get to know Japanese students and learn about their culture, is most beneficial and rewarding.
