Robert Cotmore is an ex-Hospitality student who left 3 years ago and is now a trainee chef at the Grove Restaurant in Auckland. He held a very informative session with 3 of our level 2 Hospitality classes, explaining what it takes to have a job at such a well-known restaurant at such a young age. Robert emphasized the importance of using knives correctly and in a safe manner in the kitchen, he also demonstrated making a salad which showed off his excellent knife skills. We appreciate Robert taking the time out of his busy schedule to address our students.
