In February, Kaea Taurua competed in the Crossfit Open against other 14-15 year olds in the world. He came 12th in the world and qualified for the next step to go to the Crossfit Games in August. The recent stage required Kaea to complete 5 intense workouts over 4 days. To make the Crossfit Games Kaea has to qualify 10th out of 200 athletes. He is sitting 15th at the moment with the video submissions still to be validated. He showed such strength and determination. Good luck Kaea.
