Year 12 students are encouraged to make a Career Appointment before they leave school for exams if they have not yet seen a Careers staff member; they can do this by making an appointment in the Careers Hub at a time that suits. Staff are also going into Form Classes to arrange appointments with students. In the appointment, staff will discuss possible options and will follow up with an email and links to various sites for more information. Students who are intending on leaving school at the end of this year are encouraged to discuss their action plans. Year 13 students are also reminded that if they would like to discuss their plans (or lack of) for next year, Career staff are available to book an appointment.
Year 13 students who have applied for Accommodation across the country, should be receiving offers of accommodation. They are reminded that in order to secure their choice, they will need to respond and put down a deposit to save their room for the beginning of next year.
